Devin Nunes Explodes Into Total Meltdown After His Memo Failed, Craziest Stunt to Hit Washington in Years

Devin Nunes has been digging himself into a very deep hole in regards to the Russian investigation. Each time he tries to protect himself or those in his corner, he only provides Robert Mueller with more evidence in the process.

Since his memo blew up in his face, Devin Nunes is now taking on another approach: he’s trying to build a wall. Not the one at the border, but in his own office. As in a literal, physical wall right down the middle of the House of Intelligence Committee office.

Nunes wants to keep the Republicans walled off from the Democratic staffers. This is so weird and hard to believe, but its really happening. Even his fellow Republicans are trying to distance themselves from him as he’s clearly gone off the rails.

CBS News Reports: “I’m not part of that decision,” said Rep. Mike Conaway, R-Texas. “You’ve got to talk to Devin. I don’t know what they’re trying to do one way or the other.”

“I swear to God I didn’t know that,” said Rep. Tom Rooney, R-Florida, when asked about the plan. While acknowledging a wall might not be constructive for the committee’s work, he said, “The level of trust and the level of everything down there is—it’s poison. It’s absolute poison down there.”

Nunes has shown time and time again that he’s not very smart. He delivered classified intel to the White House in the middle of the night and thought he could cover his tracks with an Uber change. Fail.

Then he released this ridiculous memo to point fingers at the FBI. When that backfired, he blamed the font size in the FISA warrant filing for being too small for anyone to actually see it. Fail. This man has lost it.

Fast forward to this week to his wall project. This is so confusing it’s hard to believe. Nunes is really grasping at straws and we are watching a real life meltdown happen before our eyes. He should just cut a deal with Mueller and be done with this circus.
